Dear Future Analogue Team,

In early 2025, we created Analogue because we saw something deeply troubling: a world where breakthrough ideas were being systematically delayed or denied. Researchers waited decades for their first grants. Venture capital consolidated into fewer and fewer hands. Late bloomers bottlenecked by life’s constraints. The familiar was chosen over the novel, again and again.

But we started this work knowing that changing complex systems requires patience and humility. We understood that supporting truly novel ideas means embracing uncertainty, that real transformation emerges in its own time, that we'd learn through failure, and accept imperfect and messy progress.

But this acceptance is also our strength. By creating protected spaces where new possibilities can emerge and grow, by trusting the process even when it feels messy, we keep reimagining what's possible. The future evolves through our willingness to stay curious, be kind to ourselves, and keep nurturing new ways of thinking into being.

With trust in what you'll create,
Aish, Karol, Eric, Inês
